I have a little obsession with anything mini...
I also have an obsession with bunting.
This is what happens when you put those two together!
I think this little surprise would be perfect to put inside a little one's lunchbox on their first day of school (or any day for that matter). It's just a sweet little gesture anyone would appreciate.

Supplies needed:
Twine or crochet cotton
glue stick (I found the permanent kind sticks better)
pretty paper (medium to medium heavy)
Tools:
Scissors
Pen/Fine tip marker
Pencil
needle
Let's get started shall we!
Download and print out template.
You can scale the images to make them larger if you wish
Trace you diamond shape onto your chosen papers
I made mine fairly simple and only chose the basic rainbow theme... But you can always make it longer and fancier!
Fold all of your diamonds in half and glue them to your twine/string about 1cm. apart.
Write your message onto the banner

Now that you have your banner, with beginning of the banner's twine make one stitch through your arrow end and tie a knot in the back. You can cut out two arrows and paste them together to hide the knot like I did in the picture or leave as is.
Now with the end of the banners twine make a small stitch through the bottom fold of your envelope and tie a knot.
Fold up the bottom and sides of the envelope and glue together.
Stuff the banner inside and insert arrow in the front with the top sticking out...
Yay! You Are Done!
This was my first ever tutorial so hopefully I didn't confuse you & If I did please feel free to shoot me a message!
Happy Crafting!
